These terms and conditions govern the Taka 9 Online Gaming Platform (taka9.app) and its users. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on Taka 9.

• Photo of the first page of your passport
• Birth registration certificate (English version)

Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete. This is done for your protection. The verification process is typically completed within 24 hours.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Maximum daily deposit limit: ৳1,00,000

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳30,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000

Taka 9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the system will automatically complete the round
• Game results are final — no appeals will be accepted

• Colluding with other members to share or abuse bonuses
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Financial transactions through third parties
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward Taka 9 support staff or employees

Taka 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• Failure to pass age verification
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more)
• If you request to close your own account

Users may also request to close or temporarily deactivate their account at any time through our support team. This is an important part of responsible gaming.

Inactive account balance: after 12 months of inactivity, a monthly management fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted. Reactivating your account will stop any further deductions.
